1. Customer Interaction & Experience:
a. Greet and assist all patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
b. Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, gathering accurate information and providing clear instructions to patients.
c. Answer inquiries about services and appointment details, supporting patients with information on procedures and processes.
d. Address and resolve basic patient concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.
2. Brand & Center Presentation:
a. Ensure the center’s appearance reflects Insights Diagnostics’ brand standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment.
b. Display and manage informational and promotional materials within the center, keeping them up-to-date and visually aligned with brand messaging.
c. Serve as a brand ambassador through professional conduct, dress, and attention to detail, ensuring a consistent experience for all patients and visitors.
3. Cleanliness and Upkeep of the Center:
a. Conduct regular checks of the reception and waiting areas, maintaining cleanliness and an orderly appearance to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
b. Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to uphold a safe, pleasant environment for patients.
c. Promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure uninterrupted service and a professional presentation.
4. Administrative Duties:
a. Manage appointment scheduling and adjustments, coordinating with technologists and other staff to maintain efficient workflows.
b. Handle daily financial transactions, including patient payments, issuing receipts, and balancing records in line with center protocols.
c. Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork or forms, adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards in all patient documentation.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams:
a. Work collaboratively with center supervisors, technologists, and other team members to support smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.
b. Provide feedback from patient interactions to management, helping drive improvements in service quality and operational flow.
c. Assist with the implementation of feedback loops and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
6. Others:
